Dear Support Team,

This is regarding an issue in the WQMIS Portal for District Water Testing Laboratory, Farrukhabad.

The sample was collected by the Sample Assistant for chemical parameters and was successfully received through the Customer Support ID. After receipt, 12 parameters were assigned and displayed in Analyst Chemist (Guddu) ID, and the test results for all those parameters have been filled successfully.

However, the remaining 3 parameters, namely Odour, Total Hardness, and Chloride, were assigned to the Lab Assistant Analyst ID. These parameters are not showing in the Analyst section; therefore, the testing values cannot be entered.

Currently, the sample status is showing "Under Testing" in the Customer Support ID, while in the Analyst section it is showing "Pending for Customer Cell Received". Due to this mismatch, neither the edit option is available nor can the test values for the above-mentioned 3 parameters be entered.

As a result, the sample testing process remains incomplete and the final report cannot be generated.

Kindly review the issue and resolve it at the earliest so that the pending parameter values can be entered and the report can be generated successfully.

However, when the List of Analysts is reopened, the Qualification column for Mr. Guddu appears blank, and the qualification details are not being reflected in the analyst profile despite multiple successful update attempts.

For reference, the qualification of another analyst/lab assistant (Mobile No. 8090150990) is correctly displayed as BSc, indicating that the Qualification field is functioning for other users but not reflecting for Mr Guddu.

Approval option not available in bacteriological report after analysis complete

The lab Assistant Id is showing under customer support cell. I request you to delete the Id of Omkar Singh Lab Assistant from customer suppor cell.

One Sample under Customer Support is showing one sample is under testing but when login in to Analyst there is no sample under sample analysis.  Its shows No Data Found and Under Approve sample no sample is displayed.

I am not getting any option for Sample Approval Process.

I am trying to receive the samples as per the registration process. It provides option for one Analyst at a time after that the sample goes under testing status and I am not able to receive the sample of the other Analyst as the parameters are dvided to Five diferent people i.e Neetu, Dhanjay, Shubham , Sanjeev and Pragati. After Accepting the samples for three people I am not able to find the option of Accept of Other two people.

After the sample is assigned to an analyst and moves to the Customer Cell ID, when the Customer Cell receives it, the sample is sent for testing to only one analyst; however, for chemical testing, it should be sent to the IDs of two analysts.please resolve this issue.Additionally, the analyst is unable to approve the sample from their ID.

Mr. Jitendra Kumar Yadav (8840058383) has been transfered from Jaunpur to Mirzapur, his registration is being carried out through the Mirzapur Lab In-charge ID. However, during the registration process, the system displayss a messege stating that the mobile number already exists.

My name is Avinash Kumar Singh.(District Level Water Analysis Laboratory UP Jal Nigam (Rural) Mirzapur UP On 30/05/2026 at around 16:40, I logged in using  Lab Incharge ID (7007957388 and Pass 123456)  added an Analyst ID, which was sent to the Headquarter Admin for Authorized Signatory approval (screenshot attached).

Immediately after the Analyst ID was activated by super admin as authorized signatories , my Lab Incharge ID was automatically deleted. The ID is not visible in my DWSM account either. When I try to create the Lab Incharge ID again with the same mobile number, the system shows "Number Already Exists."

Kindly look into this issue and help restore/resolve the Lab Incharge ID

Hi Team, There is a logic error in the new JJMUP WQMIS portal regarding water quality parameters. Currently, the system triggers a "Contamination" status if a parameter value falls below the acceptable limit. It should only show contamination when the value exceeds the permissible/permissible in absence of alternate source limit. Please fix this calculation logic on priority. Thanks.

2. While adding equipment in stock, the option to select laboratory is not available.

             सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं  shivam singh ( customer support )Portal पर अपने ID एवं Password से Login करने का प्रयास कर रहा हूँ, लेकिन Login नहीं हो पा रहा है। कई बार सही Username और Password डालने के बाद भी Portal Error दिखा रहा है । Invalid ID Password बता रहा है। और आईडी ओटीपी से लॉगिन हो रही है लेकिन पासवर्ड से लॉगइन नहीं हो रही है।

When logging in through the Lab Incharge ID and adding equipment under the “Add Equipment” option, after filling in all the equipment details completely, the equipment name is not being displayed in the “List of Function Equipment” section when checking the instrument/equipment list.

when i am adding analyst from lab incharge id, there is mistake in chemical parameters. for your information  I am sharing list of chemica and microbiological parameters. Chemical parameters should be in in chemical section - 1. pH 2.TDS 3. Turbidity 4.Sulphate 5. Nitrate 6.Fluoride 7.Iron 8. Total Hardness 9. Total Alkalinity 10. Calcium 11. Magnesium 12.Chloride 13. color 14. Odour  15.Conductivity 

Bacteriological parameters in microbiological setion should be - 1. E. Coli.  2. Total Coliform 3. FRC
