Here we would like to inform you regarding NABL Symbol with Certificate no. on it. As NABL 133 rule Symbol of NABL should reflect along with certificate no.So as this is mandatory kindly update accordingly so that we can not breach NABL rules otherwise lab have to face problem.

I am microbiologist and only parameter is shown in my portal T-Coli please add more parameter E-Coli  in my portal urgent due to this testing is affected. Ecoli Parameter is showin the chemist portal please remove the E-coli form the chemist portal and add ecoli on Microbiologist

I want to inform you that after accepting sample from customer support id it is not showing in analyst id and the analyst is not able to feed data of the booked sample kindley resolve this issue so that we can feed data of the booked sample.

This is to inform you that the when new analyst is added an error displayed after submiting details of anlyst. a query raised (with query Number 42243) regarding this issue but from your side query ressolved but problem still as it is.
